A couple you might have missed - Hethel, Scarborough Olivers Mount - Isle of Man - and perhaps add Santa Pod and York dragstrip. Although that might lead you to adding hill climb venues...

Magnitude Events do Classic car track days at Hethel for 20 years old + cars. I am actually doing one on Sunday.....
Hethel was completely resurfaced three years ago, now 12 metres wide F1 race spec smooth tarmac.

So how about phase 2 - add the nearest petrol stations selling super unleaded, maybe some nearby B+B's / Premier Inn type accomodations?

Great work, how about Jurby (IoM) Three Sisters, Aintree, Curborough, These are all circuits I have done trackdays at within the last 10 years

Alford in Aberdeen do club events, (only 2 cars on the track at a time)

Driftland in fife do occasional grip days
