Hi guys, long time stalker, i dont post that often, we are heading to the ring on tuesday and will be there from the 28th june - 3rd july.

I'll be heading over as a passenger this year due to licence circumstances, but theres a big group of us(circa 17 cars)
evo's, golfs, s3, mk1 jetta etc
a few of us have fluoro yellow track wheels so keep an eye out.

just wondered if anyone is going to be around, maybe i could snag a passenger ride

also, if anyone has any reccomendations for places to eat, other places to visit let me know

Eat at Pistenklause. Great atmosphere and steaks on hot rocks.

Awesome. Pistenklause has already been reccomended. We are renting a house and a hotel in fuchschofen(spelling maybe off)
You certainly wont miss us. There will be a pd130 mk1 jetta. S3. Golf pd150 and mid wales powdercoating transit all with fluoro wheels amongst the lineup
The mwp transit will be doing a top gear/sabine 10min challenge so will be interesting ??.
Ill keep an eye out for your bmw. Do you go often?

This is my first time to the ring. And unfortunatly im having to go as passenger. But ill definately be driving next year once im back on the road.
Ive even thought about going down november timeish.

Drop me an email if you like. Be good to have a look round your cars.
Maybe even have a passenger ride if either of you are ok with it?

I’m trailering a mates car out on Thursday night and we are there until Monday! Looking forward to it, Always a great trip and will be nice to see it all from the passenger seat and watching rather than driving as per normal

Never been before, but watched a vid on YT last night so reckon I know the track pretty well....

You'll struggle to breach 10 mins or the Top Gear 10:08 in your van unless tricked up, experience and a clear lap.

Me and a mate are heading over once I've packed my case and got a haircut. We'll look out for you, at the GP track at the weekend but not decided whether to take the car round yet tomorrow or Friday (7 series BMW so possibly not the car for the job ). Definitely going for a look though.

You'll be fine then. There's not that many corners nor bumps nor camber changes, and it's practically flat, without much traffic either.
