Good times, but my god it was busy on Sunday with all the shut downs.

What kinda times did you end up with?

The van managed an 11.32 not an 11.11 as previously stated. My mistake
Mk1 pd130 managed 9.30
S3 managed a 8.32
And the 150tdi golf managed just under 10mins.
There were others with us but im not sure of their times!
Not bad for first times i thought.

We left fuchschofen at 8am sunday to travel back to mid wales

Nice,

You didn't miss anything on Sunday. Very very busy and shut several times throughout the day.

Managed a 8:45 in the M5 but wasn't pushing it

You just can't buy class.

I'd only just this morning spotted this van in amongst other vehicles (many not driven nearly so proficiently) on the video in Bridge to Gantry's Facebook feed.

glad we didnt miss to much on the sunday. we left at 8 and didnt get home untill 11pm.

Martyn with the purple s3 managed 190mph on the autobahn on the way home too, not bad going

glad your all managing to spot the van, its definatly a head turner. hes making a few adjustments to it for the next run. bigger turbo, injectors and better suspension and tyres smile

im building the Vr6mk2 and work has already started on more power in the s3 and the mk1 jetta.

pistenklause was amazing, great athmosphere, and we left stickers for the guys who had businesses. so make sure you keep an eye out

I was there last week, didn't quite go to plan when my fuel tank fell off and sent me into the barrier. hehe

Did you find out why it happened?

Bigger, full-width bull bar (powder coated, naturally!) and he'd not have to worry about dawdling cars ruining a decent lap. wink

The fuel tank falling off? Corrosion I guess. I'm under the car all the time though and never noticed anything. Perhaps one got damaged somehow and then the strain of a full tank couldn't be held by the other. Who knows.
