I'm off to Spa next week and I hear rumours that all cars must carry a fire extinguisher there, is that true? Last time I was there (2014) it wasn't needed, but Circuit Days now have it in their T&Cs (although my TDO is Gold Track who don't).

Noise - I'll pass the static test no problem (102db), but have had problems on drive-by at Oulton. If you fail the drive-by do you get a chance to rectify then go back out (I'll take a noise killer with me)? Or is it game over for the whole day? Does anyone know whereabouts on track they measure the drive-by noise?

We are booked on both Goldtrack days next week, the noise limit is 107, so I doubt you'll have any issues.

One of the cars we are taking doesn't have a fire extinguisher in it, and was at Spa in May with no problems. Any doubts, just give Melindi a call.

Finally got hold of Melindi, answers for anyone else searching are - no, fire extinguisher not required and also a noise flag does not mean game over for the whole day if you can sort it.
