ATDO isn't a business so it can't go into administration. If the website isn't working then the most likely explanation is either that someone/something has broken it and not realised or they've forgotten to renew the domain. I doubt it's anything more than that.

The domain atdo.co.uk doesn't expire until 29 June 2019 so I guess their hosting has run out.
