Without a doubt it was the stty Delinte and some other random crap brand of tyres that the previous owner fitted!! I didn't want to buy new tyres because I am going to change to a square setup asap, but didn't have time to get them before the day!

Otherwise the M3 held up really well, the new discs/pads/braided lines/fluid and powerflex bushes all worked a treat. I was seriously impressed by the brakes and to be fair the whole car...

its going to be getting a few upgrades now though to help a little

Good on you!
Yes tyres make a big difference, go for something more orientated next FederalRSR or the like. Still ok on road but great when warmed up.
