Planning to organise a trip next year as a double header track day at either Zolder and Zandvoort or spa and Zolder. Do any UK organisations do Zandvoort. Would be a group of possibly 5-6 cars. Ideally back to back days. Any advice or insights appreciated. Need to be 105db tracks as we have a couple of thugs in TVR's biggrin. Looking at you Gruffallo

We have all done Spa a couple of times and all love it there but Zandvoort looks an interesting circuit. Anyone have any experience of it.

Mine is under 100dB normally and is fine on drive by of 92dB, gets no where close. I am not sure about Nasher but I think he has drawn a line under track days when he gets it painted over the winter.

You sir are a cheeky bugger, do you fancy a lunch time pint at the brewery?

I am looking to do the same as not willing to go that far for just one circuit.

Not sure where you look for the dates as uk tdos dont run many days on zanndvoort or zolder.

Blister berg might be another to consider..

Not done Zolder, but I've done a Spa Zandvoort double header. Pretty sure it was with BaT. Spa is obviously wonderful and Zandvoort is certainly well worth the trip. I have video somewhere of Zandvoort.

I suspect you will really struggle with Zolder. I have only been there on TVRNLCC days, but there is a strict drive by limit that you will trigger very easily if your benchmark is 105dB static. I've managed to do so when short shifting at 3.5k - although I do better now I know where the noise meters are positioned.

Also worth bearing in mind that Zolder does not allow track day cans that protrude past the bodywork - in other words virtually all of them.

RMA emailed me the other day saying they secured a 106db Day at Spa followed by a no noise limit day at Zolder at some point in June or July 2017, don't remember the detail
