I sort of feel for the guy but ultimately feel let down due to his errors and I don't see an apology in there anywhere...just excuses.

Still no email for myself. I believe it contains an explanation and 20% discount on another opentrack day.

Bit of a frustrating day, didn't help with some of the clowns on track.

To be fair he's identified the big issues and taken steps to sort them. Bad drivers blacklisted, new website to fix overbooking problem, and plan to have lower numbers at Silverstone in future. Plus 20% seems like a fair gesture to me.

So personally I am happy to give opentrack another chance, mistakes were made but I think Dave is doing his best to ensure they won't be repeated.
