Got an email from RMA for this last week, very cheap as its for charity.
I acted quick so got a place, but sadly fully booked now, anyone else manage?
I'm nervous about my first RMA day, they are fairly notorious!

I'll be there, done a few RMA days in the past and they've been really good so I'm not sure what you've read to have that view.

There was a thread on here about them when a Nissan GTR or something was written off. They got a lot of stick at the time.

So everyone judges them on just one single event? They hold lots of events every year, if they were as notorious as mentioned there'd be a lot more than just one example.

Every TDO has a dodgy event or whatever at some point, nothing is ever infallible.

Couple of us here managed to get booked on to the Jan 7th day.

We did the Silverstone GP day on the 27th and I thought the day ran well.

Sorry, perhaps a bad choice of word. I meant more renowned. In respect of breifings, overtaking and quality of marques.

Notorious was probably right for the briefings laugh.

I'm on this one with Matt, speaking of quality marques I'm hoping to have my Peugeot rebuilt by then but the Westfield will be standing by in case it's not ready.

Yes I have a feeling the humble Clio may stick out a little.

Bit? Lot slippery I think. Excellent day in terms of track time and management though. Lots of money was raised for the widow of Dave Compton, most importantly.

I believe we were pitted in the same garage area, I was in the black E92 M3, all the M cars seemed to be having fun lol.

That's really more drifting than anything else. No lap records set I take it?
