Give Cate a call from Ultimate Car Control. Leave a message if she doesnt answer (is often on track) she is always only too happy to tell people about the day, how it works, and what you can expect.

The UCC days are PHer days, at least they are organised that way, so each UCC day leaves you surrounded with your PH friends.

From the sounds of it Ultimate Car Control has more instructors which may account for the higher price.

CarLimits have the one instructor (Andy Walsh) who looks after all four people there through the course of the day, although you are often driving without him practising what you have learnt.

I can highly recommend CarLimit though, having had a great day with them at North Weald yesterday.

UCC also books the track for PHers only, so its always 'just us' which makes the price more attractive.

re: instructors, they have just taken on another one (price remains the same) so more people are now driving at the same time. Still a few places left for PHers this coming saturday

Who is coming on the refresher/endorsement day on the 20th May? They change the track, which becomes more difficult and has more corners (and is bigger) so again, more cars are driving at one time (minus the warmup excercises in the morning) ... its also less money for more driving, at only £200 for the day!

Ooh, just been reading this, sounds fun but I'd have to wait for later next year now as I'm bloomin' skint.
I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for later dates next year.

Yes, I hope to offer more of this type of experience next year.
