Go-karting in the London area

Hello PHers,

A couple of us at the office want to organise a go-kart day - can anyone recommend a good place to go? I know there's one in Streatham (but never been inside) but I also heard there's supposed to be one near King's Cross. Suggestions for the London Area?

Streatham is small and the karts are not as fast as The Raceway in Kings Cross (which has a far better circuit). For the best karting I'd suggest it's worth a slightly longer journey to Buckmore Park. Incredible track, very fast (and importantly, consistent) karts and very professionally organised/marshalled.

There's also an outdoor track in Mile End - between Mile End Road and Canary Wharf - havent been there, but always looks busy.

Raceway - very well organised and great fun!

Mile End one is OK but I like the Kings Cross place.

Karts are a bit inconsistent at Kings Cross but it's only a game!
