How about a healthier hobby like cycling or something? Just no golf

RMA have a few European dates, Nurburgring, Spa, Most and Hungaroring, etc. They certainly fulfill the 'reputable' bit of your criteria, but they are not based in Hungary!

I have a rowing machine as you know and that's about as much exercise as I can cope with

Found track days at the Hungaroring for GBP 30 or so. They split cars according to BHP, so the lowly 250 odd bhp of the SR3 puts it as a 'slower' car
