Design the perfect circuit (Prize - Woohoo :rolleyes:)

In the process of trying to design an off-road circuit for buggy/quad racing, but are not sure of what 'features' should be included within it.
I suppose it must have both tight & sweeping corners for 'drifting' as well as a nice straight bit for the speed 'rush'. A couple of jumps & maybe a water area thrown in for good measure, BUT WHAT ELSE ?
I throw it open to the best design with the winner (if I decide to go with it, obviously) winning a free trip to the circuit to thrape the Rage Buggies senseless with 3 mates for an few hours.
You could always just help with the design for fun as most of you are probably nowhere near Yorkshire & therefore couldn't give a sh!t about the prize.
The site is basically a square 4 acre plot (200 metres x 300 metres approx.) & flat (willing to landscape a bit). Track needs to be circa 5 metres wide.
