On Friday I went Stock Car Racing up at the Northampton International Raceway - what a brilliant day!
1) Robin Reliant slalom/offroad challenge
2) Blindfold slalom cource, balancing a basketball in a satellite dish strapped to the bonnet whilst listening to directions from your co-driver.
3) Capri banger racing - v sideways!
4) F2 Stock car practice + two heats - even more sideways!
5) F2 Stock car finals
It was absoutely chucking down with rain, which made for some fun driving (and spectating)
Got thoroughly soaked, and finished the day with a huge grin on my face.
This day was laid on by one of our suppliers, but I understand that it would have cost around £140 p/p - a bargain considering the fun we all had!
