Hi,

www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPUt8G7lb98 says its abingdon but I guess the event organisers can change where they put the coned chicanes (dont know the organiser for the vid)looks pretty good though.

I'll be happy to swap passenger laps to.

Got all the info by email today to.

C U Friday

Andy

That was the layout that Motorpsort-Events used last month. The left hander at 56s and the two corners running into it are pretty quick, the rest are rather slower. Sounds nadgery but it is a fun layout with more challenge in it than one intially thinks. 'specially if it rains or has done recently.

"Sounds like a radical to me. Why aren't you at work you skivin git etc".
"I am. I got a call out to Snetterton, arf arf."
Theres no justice sometimes.

That's the same layout they had back in September. The only thing that changed was that they made the second and third chicanes a little tighter as the day went on to try to "encourage" people to slow down rather than ploughing straight through the cones.

ill be there in my bright orange mk indy! Will be cool to see some more tvr's there! the last time i was there was in my cerbera, which failed the noise test unfortunately! So my mate let me take his pulsar out all day instead whilst he drove the atom! heh heh! see you guys there, and hope for good weather!

I had to buy extra silencers to get the Cerb through the noise test. It's de-catted with a sports exhaust. It's sounds cr4p with them on but it gets it below 100db so that's all that matters.
I never thought I'd have anything in common with a 1 series. I have PH sticker front and back to. Does this mean the TVR will be reliable and maintain good fuel consumption as well?

Thanks for that, I have literally just finished an email asking where I can find the pictures from the day.

Thanks also for my first ride in a BEC it was stupidly fast and its the braking and cornering were really impressive.

Gavin, I hope I wasn't rude to your Brother in Law after we had been out it was just I was more than a little concerned about the banging/knocking noise of my engine, I didnt really speak to him much afterwards. Thanks also for taking Gav out in the Cerb he loved it, by the way it sounded superb with the extra silencers taken off at the end!!

Apparently I have a dax rush, sweet...

Hope to see you all at another event next year.

Erm
I can't follow that sequence of links, or find the pics at all.
How'd you find them again ?
I had meant to make the time to meet the PHers, but what with one thing and another I missed you people.
Maybe next time.

Great to meet you all on Friday. Mike and myself had a really great day. I'd like to thank Andy and Susser (and anyone else Mike went out with) for taking him out in some other cars.
Andy, you weren't rude at all. I don't think he would have noticed anyway, he was buzzing after the ride in both the Mojo and Caterham. I hope you get the engine sorted ok.
And that Fisher. Holy sh1t what a buzz. I couldn't believe how late the breaking was and the speed of the gearchanges. That is a very special piece of kit!!
Hopefully see you all out next year.

Hope you is OK. Heard the MSE marshal calling for a medic, then later, saw your car standing on the grass as we left at 5:30.
