Driving Experience

Hi all,got to choose one of these 'Driving Experience' days for my birthday pressie ie Rally driving,Off roading etc anybody done one and which would be the most worthwhile,i live not far from Oulton Park but anywhere will be ok Cheers Stu

judging by how fully booked they are it must be good - just got their DVD thru' the post - looks good too.

As I am a instructor at Silverstone I would reccomend,

-Audi RS4 expierance (great car, very fast in straight and good to have instructor with you)
-Lotus Exige expierance (great little car, great in the corners and good to have instructor with you)
-Single seater (best value for amount of track time, but no instruction!)
-Rally (don't know much about it, because im only on track instructor, but seems fun)
-Autotest (great fun to learn control techniques!)

Those are the top 5 and the only ones worth doing at Silverstone really.

I know you will see supercar expierance and immidiatly want to do it, with the Ferrari's and Porsche's, but they are old heaps really, don't take those expierances! We might be getting Ferrari 360 challenge cars for next year, so the supercar would be good then. But the 5 listed above are very good.

Reckon I'll have a go, it's only down the road. Height limit's 6'4" and I'm 6'3", should be alright?

Yes, you will be fine, a bit of a squeeze in the Exige, but you will fit

GREAT FEELING DRIVING A 300+ BHP CAR AT HIGH SPEED WITH INSTRUCTOR GUIDING YOU & GIVING YOU THE CONFIDENCE TO BE QUITE RELAXED.I DROVE ONE OF THEIR SUBARU IMPREZA STI PRODRIVE'S, JUST WAITING FOR NEXT YEARS DATE'S TO BOOK SOME MORE SESSIONS THIS TIME IN THEIR 911 CARRERA 4S .THANKS AGAIN TO THE GUYS THERE
