MSV come up trumps

After a disappointing day at Bedford last Saturday, due in no small part to heavy fog, MSV have offered all full day participants a £50 refund. This is a vey nice gesture indeed and they are to be commended for thinking about their customers rather than their profit margin. I'm not a groveller but in hindsight I posted an unduly harsh post about the day and am not too proud to say that I was wrong about them, they are not "greedy" at all.

Well done MSV!!

Agreed they called me earlier in the week & also gave me a refund on the passenger payment too. So the Porsche only day in December has just become very cheap

I found them very fair in the past, A friend couldn't make a trackday he'd booked, they were able to fill his place so gave him a credit against the next one we booked.
