Saturday at Knockhill. Tyres were goosed so just started having some fun at the Hairpin. I thought I was getting pretty sideways -



Then my mate took his friend out for a a few laps in my car and I find this picture online -

Spa earlier this year. We had overtaken the 458 just beforehand, http://youtu.be/gytonwEc2vw although I get the impression he wasn't really using it at full tilt at this point smile



Mega track, car was faultless too, 1300 miles in 3 days. Definitely going back next year

I think that photo is a perfect illustration to those who want to start doing track days, but haven't got £50,000 of 400 bhp turbo sports car lurking in the garage, that all you need to have fun is a cheap set of wheels (no offence wink ), a helmet and a silly grin.

I'm taking the cheap comment as a compliment, that implies it was worth money, the car was free from a colleague! I like to think I had as much fun as anyone on track that day, even if I only had 45bhp (or whatever it made)!
