What Happened To This Thread?

Just going through some old photobucket stuff (how come you clear hundreds of images and it frees up 0.35% of storage!)

Nothing that exciting but I LOVE track days!

Terrible pic, but one of the only ones I have of my now departed 172!

Come on guys, it's track season, get the pics in - unless they look like this!

Very wet trackday at Anglesey a couple of weeks ago.
Better you than me.

I would have taken the opportunity to have a big fry up breakfast and then go home!
Sorry only just seen this. It was good fun actually, I stayed clear of the really really bad weather as I'd actually agreed a deal to sell the car the day after and to be honest it was cold and of course the car was exposed to the elements (driving with a full hood on isn't an option!). The buyer knew I had the trackday booked for sometime and I told him I'd be careful. smile

My 5.5 TVR drops to 5mpg on track as well.

I get fuel starvation after about 55 miles from a full tank!

I've been fortunate enough to do track days on both sides of the Atlantic in that car.... Haven't done any since coming back to the UK, but should start up again in May or June.
