When I went to spa, my friend followed me in his Clio, after much effort I convinced him that the £30 charge was worth the effort for European breakdown cover. He managed 3 laps before the engine went. Recover would have been circa £3k.

Did a track day taster at rockingham on 20th April. First track day in my own car and bloody rained!!! Lol. Good fun though. Defo going again.

Cadwell Park today. It was wet and slippy. Lots of fun though and the new front brakes were a touch grabby in the wet.

Great track, tight, but great.

Fuel pump broke after 7-laps. Got it fixed in Louth.

When I returned to the track for the last hour of the day, it was dry and sunny so off came the roof which made things even better.
