I raise your wet day at Sap to a monsoon day at Castle Combe.

Fair play to you! Those MX-5s have just about no weight at the back! Unless you have a couple of sneaky bags of sand in the boot?

Not sure if we can link to other Forums, if we can here`s a comprehensive build. It`s LONG, started back in 2007, has lots of ups and downs, but most of the detail is there. http://www.clubgti.com/showthread.php?126104
Thanks smile
Great read, you should post on the PH build thread.

It's taken me weeks to read it. What a brilliant thread - so informative.

I've got it on my reading list now smile

I binned my TVR in the wheat infield a few weeks ago in poring rain, never again!

5th gear at about 65-70mph, a whiff of throttle and bye bye traction!

Last year at the ring in my old turbo 5. Had a bit of an off at Adenauer Forst on the next lap but fortunately I hit nothing but grass! Very lucky!

Spa the following week. What a track!

Better you than me.

I would have taken the opportunity to have a big fry up breakfast and then go home!

Moist Goodwood

Me following 2x996 in the moist... my passenger took the photo I should add. I spent the laps correcting constant oversteer as my rears were not in an 'ideal' condition for the wet.

Do you realise you were speeding Sir?

Copper was a top bloke - paid for a PAX lap at one of Peter Saywell's charity TDs.
