My Curriculum Vitae. How can I tailor for individual jobs??

Morning,
I present this morning my Curriculum Vitae https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1A93XU2krh... with this I am hoping that the kind people of Pistonheads will give me feedback/constructive criticism. I have currently been working for Sony for the last 6 months were my role has consisted of sales,merchandising and carrying out finance applications this I am yet to add to my C.V. The format of the C.V as you see it on the web is not correct due to the way that it has been published. I am looking to potentially make my way into car sales or a field marketing/retail training position so any help in particular in regards to tailoring my C.V to those positions will be most appreciated
