not quite the end of the world for me i wont be completely on my ass

they've given a 90 day consultation period which i understand is the main company giving the outsourcing company notice of end of contract

do they still have to give us our two week notice period after that?

anyone hiring in customer service around the east lancashire area?

Yes, you may get either your contractual notice period, or if it's end of the road immediately, you should be paid in lieu of notice.

If the contract is moving elsewhere, you may have the right to work at that "elsewhere" place. (...the hornets' nest that is TUPE)

its the whole arguement of 1 uk staff = 4 bangalore staff

quite annoying that you hit these fantastic targets and really impress the customers with your customer service and it counts for nothing.

250 people now lookin for work in an area where its rare as it is
