I think he's actually edited a bit out where he described how he'd sent this woman some information about how the company, their busines etc. worked. He's been there 10 weeks!

In that case we are obviously dealing with a genius, a proper case of know all, know bugger all!
So he marches in, and tells long term employees how everything works?
Well if he is so clever, I wonder why he is popping on here asking for advice lol !
