corporate AV person - Berks

I'm happily part time, the boss is looking to add a fulltime person.

• experienced AV operator (video capture, audio, lighting, sometimes green screen)
• confident when face to face with clients
• listens, advises, promoting best practices
• driving license
• some time flexibility
• can cope with demanding edits (Adobe CS) with some tight deadlines
• self management to handle concurrent projects
• any presentation/Flash skills a def. bonus

• must be happy & willing to demonstrate all of the above **

Mostly, the kit is already available. When I do shoots I often take a few little bits of my own - familiarity helps. Often the shoots are done solo, so plenty of juggling needed whilst maintaining a calm manner.
