Not a fan of agents to be honest however if you invoice the company direct you may find you don't get paid as often as you would like. Going on past experiences of pitching my own company for contract jobs you tend to find that you will get your invoice paid every 3 months. Can you wait this long?

At least if you stick with the agency you will get paid monthly.
