One important thing I think you might want to demonstrate within the framework of a competency based answer is that you are calm in crisis - I'd have thought that this might be a major want on the part of the interviewing team. So if you have a great story aligned to that then get it in there.

Yeah - this will be in there. Not seen you for a while bud - I'm not on as much as i was but this place is always good for words of advice as the guys here have proven.
Hopefully I'll get this job, bit of a pay cut if I do get it but there are so many things more important than money.
What are you up to these days? Still in Saudi?

The interview panel consists of two females I've met through work previously. When greeting them is it OK to say Hi Claire etc ? I don't know if either are Miss or Mrs.
Is it OK to greet with first names?? Probably a daft question but it has been so long since my last interview !!
