Hi,

I'm looking for a new role, but I've not had to use recruitment agencies for over 10 years; mainly getting work through recommendations and so on. I don't think my CV does me justice, and to be fair to the agencies they don't have time to give me CV advice. I'm also pitching myself at a level above where I am now so I think the CV needs a helping hand.

Has anyone successfully used a "CV Writer" or similar to re-hash their CV to make it 'better' ?
I'd be interested in any recommendations if possible.

Thanks

Getting work through recommendations is an enviable way to secure employment in many people's eyes. If however you need to get your CV working for you then it does need to be in good shape to gain an advantage over the competition. I'd be happy to give it the once over and provide some feedback. Just need to know your current salary, next salary aspiration and role. PM me if that's of some help. Good luck!

Roger, would you mind if I was to send you my own? I've been in the same company for nearing 4 years now and struggling to get my CV right to move on.

rog007 has looked at and helped me with my CV in the past.

The man knows what he is talking about - as above, I recommend getting in touch with him.
