Not Been Paid

We did eventually a few days back, over 2 weeks late mind. To rub it in even further I found out a colleague had been paid quite a few days earlier because he was deemed more financially dependant than me! I've sent my concerns in a formal letter to the director this week with all the events leading up to this and we are meeting next week for an informal chat in his words. See what happens but hopefully something positive will come from it.

Significant compensation for the delay and the impact to your finances. A switch to weekly pay or to be paid a month in advance.

In parallel, find a new job.

Yes, you getting a new job, where the directors don't pay their friends ahead of you and the company doesn't treat employees as a free overdraft.

They are taking the p!ss out of you, don't forget that.
