Probation period

If you have passed your probation date, you are no longer on probation. This only normally means that they/you have to give a months notice rather than a week. Occasionally other benefits may kick in, what are you not getting that you will get after your probation period ends?
Top man, I'm specifically referring to the notice period that I would have to give... thanks for clarifying Breadvan72 said:
The answer to your opening question is no. A probation period is a matter of contract. Statutory minimum notice is not linked to a contractual probation period.
If my contract says probation ends on 1/1/2015 and after probation period notice required is one month. Doesn't that mean that on 2/1/2015 my notice period is a month unless I'm told (in writing) that my probation period is to be extended?Gassing Station | Jobs & Employment Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
