Just a question

Has anyone gone the manpower route into JLR at solihull/castle brom?

I've had the online test and the practical, and now I have to do the interview.

I have been in an office doing a fair bit of IT for nearly 10 years, but this would be a track job.

Does anyone have an advice?

All you need is here

I've heard from a few people working there it's repetitious work but very decent pay for a no skills needed position.

Good place to work, can be very repetitious as previous post suggests, good pay, most areas on 3 shifts, some on 4 shifts, it,s not the cushy number that some people would have you believe, most track jobs are hard (and i mean hard) graft, best of luck.
