4th day of new job

Much nicer environment

Looks like I choose the right time to leave

Rumours of shift lengths being cut, but number of shifts going up

Basicly less pay, much many more commutes to that place

I've escaped just in time, and I hope he sues them.

Glad to hear it all worked out for you. What's the industry if you don't mind me asking?

They sacked one guy 3 times, he's still here.
I had three final warnings at a job once from HR, my boss at the time told me to just take them and carry on doing what I was doing.

If they've sacked someone 3 times I think I'd probably be ignoring the HR report and getting on with what I was doing

was in security on a bonded warehouse, now assistant to a facilities manager on a big old listed office building, hence needs an assistant .

way less stress and normal working hours now, a small pay drop, less than £50 a month difference, but working 10 hours a week less and early finish on Fridays smile
