Project Management & Prince2

Well done. Practitioner is all about exam technique and creating an efficient tab system for looking stuff up in the book. If you master that you'll be fine.
This - and highlighter pen over key phrases. The reason most folks fail Prince2, MSP, MOR etc - is because they spend so much time looking at the index in the back of the book for the right page of a subject. - they run out of time to answer all the questions.
It may take you 20 seconds to find something using the index. It will take you under 5 seconds using the tabs.
And you will have a lot of index searching to do in the exam.
So would it be advisable to become familiar with those pages (which I'm halfway through doing) or would tabbing them be much more worthwhile?
Edit - Maybe some more images will paint a better picture, as it were, for me to understand what needs tabs are needed for me to get to the right pages quickly?

Thank you for the replies.
So what would be categorised as a good tabbing system?
TAM - I had a look at your images sent via email but have so far only tabbed the processes and themes. Is there anything else I need to do to make it easier?
Example below (ignore the ancient table cover ) :
I see you bought the Amazon item So what would be categorised as a good tabbing system?

Top tip ( if you have the time) - Try to have the tabs in alphabetical order. For instance - if you know you are looking for PROJECT BRIEF - you will find it quicker
When you do the course - the instructor will give you key phrases to highlight int the book.
You should also write in the book - key points.
You have a few high res pics coming your way.
Yep, sure did. Many thanks for the links to them.
Also, thank you for the direction given, I'll try that when I get home and also will have a good look through the emails you'll send, if they're different to the previous set.
Edit - Also, I borrowed my friends P2 book and looked through the whole thing, marking and highlighting areas he did and understanding why. Lots of key areas have been highlighted for relevance.

There is a lot more detail. Santa brought me a better phone/ camera. Also, thank you for the direction given, I'll try that when I get home and also will have a good look through the emails you'll send, if they're different to the previous set.

Lots of new things in those emails. Start scribbling. - and use a ruler for nice straight lines.
If unclear about something - or you can't read my writing - just holler.

I would say yes to that. There are usually questions relating to picking out missing or inaccurate info in a outline business case or product description. Understanding the correct definition for each section and the required content is a good thing to have in hand. Well worth tabbing in my opinion.
Yeah... It's a lot more fast paced in the Practitioner. I've gone through the book again and labeled a few other bits and pieces which should hopefully help.
I can't help but feel the wording is actually the only thing that would catch you out if you don't concentrate. Some questions are simple but others are just too time consuming for the marks they have to offer (deleting, adding and moving entry type questions).
Almost through today with the exam tomorrow morning. I'm quite nervous to be honest.

I never took a book in (i think its a distraction). I can't help but feel the wording is actually the only thing that would catch you out if you don't concentrate. The biggest problem with both the exams is time, keep an eye on the clock at all times. Time is very tight.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll be fine. Leave the time consuming questions until the end.I can't help but feel the wording is actually the only thing that would catch you out if you don't concentrate. Another tip... There will be a case study. Think about the roles needed and the people in the scenario available to fit them.
Match them up to the appropriate role.
I finished about an hour ago. That wasn't too badly worded in all honesty but did require you to read and understand the question fully before even attempting it.
Some questions required a lot of thought but I managed to remain within the time frame and attempted all questions as well as I could without resorting to guessing.
I reckon I failed though. Unless I miraculously got over half the questions answered right.

Maybe it's the fact that patience isn't my strongest virtue but I'm getting nervous at receiving my result.
Surely it should have been marked by now? I'd rather find out I failed earlier than later. It won't hit me so hard then.
How long does it usually take the BCS (?) to mark the papers and show you your result?
