Eyesight and TA/Reserve roles?

Can anyone offer advice with regards to how short sightedness affects any opportunities within the TA? I know the obvious thing is to ask the recruiting officer, but at 11pm on a Sunday thats not practical. My eyesight isnt terrible, Im only just too short sighted to drive without glasses. Would probably end up in REME or Logistics regiments if that makes any difference.
