This is going to be interesting on a number of levels and I'm not sure there's a confirmed ruling just yet,
What I'm sure it doesn't mean is the possibility small employers are going to have higher wage bills for less work and it may well have a tiny effect on employment numbers.
Does it for example now mean that it could be argued that statutory sick pay should be full pay because it's not the employees fault he can't work?
