Breadvan72 on here is a top employment barrister, I'm guessing you can't instruct him directly?
He may be along soon to point you towards a good solicitor depending on what it is you're looking for help with.

How much money have you got? Any decent employment solicitor in London will cost ker ching. I can point you to a few, or to good but slightly cheaper people in Birmingham and Surrey.

No PM received, so here are some suggestions.

At the smart and expensive end in London you could try Dan Aherne at Olswang or Meriel Schindler at Withers. For a good and experienced but slightly cheaper adviser try David Ludlow at Barlow Robbins in Woking. Richard Thorpe at Shakespeares in Birmingham is another possibility.

BTW, I don't do direct access (I work only on referrals from other lawyers), and anyway I don't come on here to drum up business.
