Might I suggest that you send EVERY car repairer, service centre, garage, dealer, MOT station, motorcycle shop, etc (of whch thee will be 100's within your target area) a letter, with your CV explaining your aspirations.

I guarantee, that someone will contact you. If you get to 300 letters with no response, get on your bike (literally) and go and and take your CV around to every garage in the area. I guarantee, that someone will be interested.
