Would love to get into the IT and Comms side of this but have never seen a single IT position advertised, the incumbents must never leave lol

I live a stones throw away from the Red Bull factory. A software developer position came up there once that I was easily qualified for - didn't even get an interview. The agency dealing with said they had so many applications for it. God knows how the recruiting manager shortlisted people.

I worked with someone who left to work for (and still does) Lotus F1 as a programmer. So positions do come up.

Have you tried some speculative CVs with them? I can't imagine most of them are that bothered by recruitment costs but you never know.
