Ok, I'll bite.
The reason people are taking the piss is that this sounds like every other 'golden opportunity' out there and, to be frank, marketing puff doesn't cut it. There are lots of people on here with lots of money. I do not count myself among them but have been recently looking for an investment opportunity on behalf of my mother, so feel slightly qualified to comment.
You need to be a bit more descriptive about the setup and the rough costs because the Exchange And Mart style wanted ad isn't cutting it here.

Not being funny but you've not done a great job of pitching it so far, so I'd wonder how meetings would go. Plus unless you are one in a million you can bet it's either not unique, or it's not got the legs you think it has. I would point out that partnerships usually have to be purchased if the idea is that the new partner is taking part of an existing business, the basic idea is to match the investment that has already been made by the other party.
If it's a new business then both parties would have to provide the initial investment between them, usually in the same ratio as the ownership of the projected partnership.
So to ask the OP how much he is paying doesn't really make sense.
