I've applied for a Project Support Analyst role and before they can commence with my application, they want to see how I fare by completing an inductive reasoning test.

Is there a particular way to answer these or just click and get it over and done with? Not sure if there are any right and wrong answers as they haven't stated anything regarding answers submitted.

What could they be used for bar matching me up and analysing whether or not I'm any good for the role, if a test like this can conclude that at all?

Do you know what an inductive reasoning test is? From what you have said above - You don't.

Try as many of the free inductive reasoning test on internets land - to get your brain match fit? ( Google will help you )

Do your homework fella.

You reap what you sew.

Winging it - isn't going to get you that role that you are craving.

Hi TAM! Many thanks for taking the time out again to answer my novice questions. smile

I assumed they were similar to psychometric tests? Haven't quite done any research yet to know any better. I also assumed that these type of tests would be differently laid out for the type of roles I applied for within this field.

I know what you mean though. I've not done one before so haven't really a clue where to start with this, but having a go online seems a good idea for me to get brain fit.
