Fortunately, he came across as a bit of a dick so I didn't ask him back.

A long time ago, I bought a dodgy XR3i from a used car dealer (actually bits of at least 3 XR3is welded together...) and managed to eventually get a full refund after some help from Trading Standards.

Guess who walked in to my shop for an interview 22yrs later? I passed the interview over to someone else, but made it clear why. I'm not a grudge kind of person, but was good to see a bit of Karma in action
