Employment Solicitor recommendation for contract review

Hi All,

My current employer would like me to sign a new contract but i'm really struggling to understand the impact of the new contract.

I need an experienced employment solicitor to review my old and new contracts and give me a legal view on the changes. Ideally someone pro-active (who can offer advice on how i can improve the contract) who has experience in financial services.
