What jobs/careers can you genuinely work from home with?
Discussion
I guess you can do any predominantly desk based job from home if you have the correct set up.
I've recently crocked my knee playing rugby which means I'm going to be signed off as sick for some time. I'm an engineering manager come project manager and can do most of my role from home if necessary, works laptop for secure network access and tele or video conference for meetings, works mobile for calls/enquirers. I'm probably going to start working to help with the boredom soon.
As someone else said I think it's down to trust from an employer and if they are set up to offer the tools to do this. I find I'm much more productive at home but you do get cabin fever and have a small commute to the office anyhow.
