I could only find a 10 year old thread on this subject in which the information appears to be out of date.

I was wondering if anyone on here is or was a bailiff and what the job is actually like. What are the hours and wages and is it best to be self employed or work for a company?

There was an interesting FT start-up stories podcast on a chap who founded an ethical debt collection agency. Probably not any help, but I enjoyed listening to it. Series 2, ep 5/10.

There was a reality TV programme on, um, one of the cable channels. It was all about high court enforcement officers. I watched a half hour or so one wet Sunday. A quick google should find it:

That was easy:

"high court enforcement reality TV UK"
