ltv cut offs

at present i have a 30%ltv on present mortgage with erc for further 2 years,are there cut offs like at 60% for mortgage interest rates cuts or not worth bothering at such a low % and keep paying overpayments

Nope, LTV thresholds only come into effect at 50% LTV and above...

Ha, at 30% LTV your rate should be low enough!

still trapped by EPC till oct 2018 so likely not worth changing till then
