Typical costs of PL and EL for small building company

I have the potential to start a little business but it really would be small at first a carrying out building works. Sometimes I would employ labour direct, other times I would essentially sub-contract it.

Just trying to establish some ball park figures for public liability and employers liability.

Afraid it's not really the same sector, but putting in offshore rigging as the riskiest thing I could find and selecting £10 million for the cover kicks out just over £500 for both insurances.
