Just to reiterate, I suggested Foundation for the OP as it will be relatively cheap and help keyword searches by recruiters. Practical use of P2F will be minimal.

And my point is, he would be weeded out at CV level without Practitioner

Podie is right. I'm having this trouble currently. Haven't done my Practitioner (again) yet and employers dont look at me favourably.

Hopefully in the coming months I'll sit it again once funds allow.

I'd suggest getting the Practitioner done to make it easier with regards to interviews.
