No tax, you sure with those days in the UK numbers?
Looking at ColdoRS' profile, he's a "Seafarer", so exists within a special tax regime where >183 days outside the UK in any 365 is the magic number.
Ahh, im a landlubber with not a drop of sea in sight....just sand!

It would certainly make it easier.

I think it could be because when we first met she had a low paid job so I never asked for anything anyway.

Whenever I ask her about it we get into arguments.

Maybe this topic should be moved to mumsnet laugh
Is she clearly upset when you go away and very welcoming on your return ?

Hasn't she herself raised the possibility of you getting a job where you didn't have to be away do much ?

Hi all.

I don't remember mentioning anywhere that my girlfriend isn't bothered about me being away or not? She doesn't like it but she doesn't have much sympathy with the fact this sort of job can trigger the feelings that come with it.

I guess it's sometimes hard for someone to sympathise when they haven't been in your situation.

We have an 8 year old daughter together.

It's a motorsport environment so that's why the weekends are taken up.

And thanks for the suggestion of catching Pokemon but I think I'd rather be admitted to an asylum before it came to that laugh
