There's no mystery to bullet points, they just replace paragraphs and make you main issues easier to understand.

You would do something like this:

I am writing to appeal the decision to terminate my employment...blah blah blah. The primary reasons for this appeal are on the basis that:

  • The injury which led to my prolonged absence was a direct consequence of the working conditions from this role
  • I was refused permission to see Occupational Health by xx, even though this would have helped to identify my injury earlier
  • The company has not followed the correct process in handling my termination
  • etc.
These are just examples, not what you should write but you hopefully get the point. You will still need to state some more details in paragraph form to back up the bullet points, so don't get held up on the style of your response, it is the content that matters. You can also Google example appeal letters.

Who said i was in sales?

I didnt say i am a salesman.

So i ignored the question because it made no sense.

No.

That was a reply to a question of who asked me to appeal.

The bit you quoted does not say "i am an account manager".

At no point in this thread do i say "i am in sale" nor "i am an account manager"

Simple question for you.

Are you being nosey or can you actually help.

Of course if you can actually help then this would be answered via email, if just being nosey.....

There is some sensible advice here, but without the full story we cant give you the full answer

Will be getting better advice later.
Do you mean the right advice, or advice you want to hear? They might not be the same.

Surely how the injury occurred and how that relates to your role is crucial in getting appropriate advice on here.

Appeal it, build a case around the work related injury and subsequent non cooperation from line manager. Realistically your'e pushing for a "clean break" type settlement, start at 12 months pay and negotiate from there.

Paying you to go away without a fuss could be easier for management, depending on the size of the company.

^This.

OP doesn't deserve the very good advice he could get here.

why would I care about your life? you started a thread and i responded, my interests starts and finishes there.

The PH way is to start a thread, not give all the information then sulk when you aren't told what you want yo hear.
hahaha.

Ps every trait you have shown in this thread highlights why someone would regret giving you a job.
Every trait you have shown in your contributions to this thread, highlights why I'd hate to be stuck in a lift with you.

Grow up.

How severe is your medical condition? And has it ever affected you before this job + what specific about your duties with this job caused the condition?

So far had mri, nct, meeting with surgeon.

On co-codamol (of which never taken before) and doctor is looking at putting me on tramadol(?) due to pain waking me during night (3 times i woke last night with it).

Never had this injury before, never been to docs with it before. Due to the job (please see previous answers) i wont be saying what it is online as its a very specific job.

Again, thanks for all the help so far, letter typed up and sent.

If anything comes of the appeal i shall of course up date.

this is all relevant if you are going to run either the equality act OR ' you caused this' lines of defence
