7pm to 7am – 2/3 on and 2/3 off

That usually means a pattern like this:
Week 1 - Friday-Sunday working
Week 1 - Monday-Tuesday off
Week 1 - Wednesday-Thursday working
Week 2 - Friday-Sunday off
Week 2 - Monday-Tuesday working
Week 2 - Wednesday-Thursday off
Rinse and repeat.
I tried this for 6 months it wasn't as bad as 4 on 4 off (personally) but I vowed never to work 12 shifts ever again (regularly and without extra £££ at least)

That's a weird way of describing it. I can't seem to wrap my head around that description at all. Try this, essentially the same info but presented differently:Week 1 - Friday-Sunday working
Week 1 - Monday-Tuesday off
Week 1 - Wednesday-Thursday working
Week 2 - Friday-Sunday off
Week 2 - Monday-Tuesday working
Week 2 - Wednesday-Thursday off
Rinse and repeat.

Is that better?
I spent 15 years working that cycle but with alternative days/nights built in to make a 4 week cycle. It was excellent.
